HOW TO ORDER |
|
When ordering from JanWay you may call our toll free
number (1-800-877-5242), send a fax (1-570-494-1350), send e-mail (janway@janway.com),
use your own purchase order form or a simple list. Whatever form you use,
be sure to show the Item Number, Quantity, Name of Item, Size and Color.
If the item is to be custom printed, be sure also to include your Artwork
(or sketch), Color(s) of Ink(s) to be used, and General Size and Placement
of art on the item to be imprinted. This catalog states the maximum image
area for most items listed. Order cancellation charge is $25 plus costs
incurred. JanWay Company only accepts orders from States within the US, US Territories, Canada and Military (with an AP, APO or FPO address). |

OVER-RUN/UNDER-RUN |
|
Due to the nature of the custom printing industry
you may receive slightly more or slightly less of a product than you have
ordered. The variance is between 0 and 25% depending on the product.
Billing is for quantity shipped. If exact quantities are needed, extra
charges may apply. Please call for details. |

PRODUCTION TIME |
|
Most orders for standard unprinted items are shipped
within 24 hours. Occasionally we may be temporarily out-of-stock of a
standard item due to a large unexpected order. In that case allow 1-4
weeks for shipment. Production time for custom printed orders is listed
with each product and begins after art approval. Every effort will be made
to meet all deadlines of which we have been notified. Rush orders are
available on certain products. Please call for details. |

CUSTOM PRINTING |
|
Most JanWay products can be custom printed. Unless
camera-ready artwork is supplied, art charges will apply. Camera-ready
artwork is artwork with high black and white contrast, has no greys, has
crisp, sharp and clean edges and requires no further touch-up or color
separation. We will reduce or enlarge artwork +100% or -50% at no charge.
Further reduction or enlargement may require additional charges. Some thin
lines may not reproduce at the same thickness as original artwork. Certain
items incur screen, plate or die charges as indicated in product listing.
Screens, plates and dies may be discarded for non-usage after 2-5 years,
depending on product. See pages 73 and 74 for standard design ideas and
typestyles. |

ART CHARGES |
|
If you do not have camera ready artwork (See page 72
for artwork specifications), JanWay's talented art department can make
your artwork camera ready or create art from scratch. The first 30 minutes
of art work is complimentary. Any additional time required will be billed
at a rate of $25 per hour. Art charge estimates are free. A proof of any
artwork done by JanWay will be sent or faxed for your approval. Approval
must be received before production of your order. Please note: If the art
you send is camera ready JanWay will not send for approval. Any errors in
camera ready art are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure
if your art is camera ready, we will be glad to examine your artwork and
inform you of any charges needed to make your art camera ready. There is
no charge for this service. |

COLOR MATCHING |
|
In most cases ink colors can be matched at no
charge, but exact color matches can not be guaranteed. Some items may
require additional charge for color matching. See product listing for
details. |
|
SHIPPING |
|
Shipping charges are billed at actual cost and added
to your invoice. Pre-paid orders should call for estimated shipping
charge. Adjustments will be made through additional billing or credit. A
$10.00 handling charge is added for orders less than $75 except sample
orders for Hanging Media Pouches. Unless otherwise requested, shipment
will be made through the most efficient and economical way possible. Be
sure to give your street address and not your post office box for your
ship-to address. |

TERMS |
|
Libraries, Friends Groups and Schools receive
automatic credit terms of net thirty (30) days from date of invoice.
Businesses and other organizations must pre-pay until credit is approved.
Call for credit application. Personal accounts must always pre-pay by
personal check, Master Card or Visa. Please call for shipping estimates on
pre-paid orders. Returns require prior authorization from customer
service. Re-stocking fee (Unprinted items only): Under $100 orders - $10,
